Order Processing & Lead Times

All of our furniture is carefully prepared, quality checked, and packaged before dispatch. Please allow 1–3 weeks for production and processing before your order is shipped.

During busy periods or for bespoke items, lead times may be slightly extended. Should any significant delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.


Delivery Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners, including DHL, Parcelforce, and specialist furniture couriers, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • Smaller items and accessories are typically shipped via parcel carriers.
  • Larger furniture pieces are delivered by specialist furniture couriers to ensure safe handling and transportation.

Delivery Methods

Standard UK Delivery

Large furniture items are delivered via a kerbside delivery service, meaning your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your property.

White-Glove Delivery (Midlands Only)

Customers located within the Midlands region of the UK may be eligible for our premium White-Glove Delivery Service.

This service includes:

  • Delivery to your room of choice
  • Assembly where required
  • Removal of packaging materials
  • Placement of furniture in your preferred location

Availability depends on postcode and product type. If your address qualifies, this option will be offered during the ordering process or confirmed before dispatch.


Packaging & Protection

We take great care to ensure every item arrives in excellent condition.

Our furniture is protected using:

  • Heavy-duty protective wrapping
  • Reinforced cardboard packaging
  • Edge and corner protectors
  • Protective foam cushioning
  • Palletised transport for larger items where required

Every order is securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Carrier details
  • Tracking information where available
  • Delivery updates from the courier

For specialist furniture deliveries, the courier may contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.


UK Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Order preparation: 1–3 weeks
  • Delivery after dispatch: 2–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the size of the order and delivery location.


International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • European Union: 5–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges imposed by their country's authorities.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout or quoted upon request.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Take clear photographs of the packaging and the item.
  2. Retain all packaging materials where possible.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  4. Include your order number and photographs when contacting us.

We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution, including repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.


Signature on Delivery

Due to the value of our products, a signature may be required upon delivery.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date.


Delivery Requirements

Please ensure:

  • Delivery details are accurate when placing your order.
  • Access routes, doorways, staircases, and lifts are suitable for the furniture ordered.
  • Someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery where required.

Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information or missed delivery appointments.
