I'm Jason, the maker behind ELSON.
I founded ELSON with a simple idea: furniture should be made properly, from exceptional materials, and designed to last.
Every chair and piece of furniture begins as carefully selected hardwood and is crafted with patience, attention to detail, and respect for traditional woodworking techniques. I believe that in a world of disposable products, there is still value in owning something handmade, honest, and built to endure.

Elson Guarantee
Every piece of Elson furniture is built to last. We stand behind our craftsmanship with the following guarantee.
Structural Guarantee — 10 Years
All Elson pieces are guaranteed against structural defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of purchase.
Finish Guarantee — 2 Years
The finish on all Elson pieces is guaranteed against defects for 2 years from the date of purchase. Normal wear, patina, and changes resulting from use are not covered.
What's Not Covered
Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Making a Claim
To make a claim under this guarantee, contact us at jasonelson@me.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where valid, repair or replace the piece at our discretion.
